Pre & Post Natal

Its a 6 week course and can be completed on a 1-1, face to face or online

This course focuses on you the client depending on where you are during or after your pregnancy

You will learn everything you need to know about pregnancy and recovery

You will be doing something amazing for yourself…both you and your family will benefit
